One to One Hotel - The Village Privilege Card terms & conditions of use
1. Dining benefit (non-transferable)
A. Member shall receive the following discounts off the total food bill at the participating outlet, for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, for up to a maximum group size of ten (10) people dining:
a) 50% for cardholder and 1 guest
b) 33.3% for cardholder and 2 guests
c) 25% for cardholder and 3 guests
d) 20% for cardholder and 4 guests
e) 16.67% for cardholder and 5 guests
f) 15% for cardholder and 6 to a maximum of 9 guests
g) 15% for cardholder, when dining alone
B. Member shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the total bill, for any promotions, for a maximum group size of ten (10) people dining.
Conditions: one card per table. Membership card must be presented at the time of dining in order to receive discount. All foods and beverages must be purchased during the restaurant’s operating hours, and ordered from the restaurant’s regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or clip-ons. The discount shall not be applied to (a) tourism fees, service charges and gratuities (b) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the privilege card membership program (d) all beverages and; (e) any meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates.
2. Guest room benefits
A. Preferred room rate (transferable): members shall receive a minimum of ten percent (10%) discount off the best available rate.
B. Complimentary upgrade (non-transferable): members shall be entitled to a complimentary upgrade to the next available room category at the preferred room rate. Subject to availability at the time of check-in.
C. Early check-in/late check-out (transferable): members shall be entitled to an early check-in at 12:00pm and a late checkout at 3:00pm. Subject to prior request and availability at the time of check-in/check-out.
Conditions: valid for single or double occupancy • not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for member and/or guest.
3. Beverage benefit (non-transferable)
Members shall receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount on non-alcoholic beverages only, for up to a maximum group size of ten (10) people dining • valid at all participating restaurants, lounges and bars • discount shall not apply to (a) tourism fees, service charges and gratuities; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the privilege card membership program.
4. Business center benefit (non-transferable)
Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off all facilities at the business center when in-house guest • complimentary internet and local phone calls.
5. Privilege card (non-transferable)

6. Certificate booklet
Each member will receive one (1) set of privilege card certificates, containing the following certificates for use at one to one hotel - the village, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
A. 1 x lunch certificate (non-transferable): one (1) certificate for a complimentary ‘á la carte’ lunch to the value of two hundred dirham’s (aed 200) for two (2) people • valid at sennara •only valid for the first three (3) months from purchase of membership
B. 1 x complimentary night stay certificate (non-transferable): one (1) certificate for a complimentary night stay in a superior room accommodation
C. 1 x non-alcoholic drinks certificate (non-transferable): one (1) certificate for either four (4) bottles of non-alcoholic budweiser or one (1) jug of a mocktail of your choice, to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining • valid at any participating outlet
D. 1 x birthday/anniversary certificate (non-transferable): one (1) certificate for a complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday or anniversary cake when there are two (2) or more people dining • valid at any participating restaurant
E. 1 x ‘member for a day’ certificate (transferable): one (1) certificate for a one-time use of the ‘standard dining benefits’ • valid at any participating restaurant
F. 2 x complimentary upgrade certificate (non-transferable): two (2) certificates for a complimentary upgrade to a suite • not valid in conjunction with the complimentary night certificate
G. 2 x health club and outdoor pool certificate (non-transferable): two (2) certificates for a complimentary day visit to enjoy the hotel’s health club and outdoor pool facilities for up to two (2) people
H. 1 x health club membership certificate (non-transferable): one (1) certificate for a twenty percent (20%) discount on the annual health club membership fee or a ten percent (10%) discount on renewal of the annual health club membership fee
7. Referral card incentive (non-transferable)
Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, the member shall receive, for each friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) certificate for a complimentary breakfast for two (2) people.
Conditions: valid at t-garden • breakfast includes hot beverages and confectionary • a maximum of one (1) certificate per member for every membership term.
8. Spouse membership (non-transferable)
New members also have the option to purchase a “spouse membership” • spouse members receive the same benefits as members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. Valid only for member benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, spouse members must have the same family name as the member.
Terms & conditions
(I) Acceptance: use of a membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
(II) Membership card: the membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. Membership cards are valid for the membership term as embossed on the membership card, which is one year after initial purchase date. Membership cards have no cash value and do not guarantee a dining reservation.
(III) Membership benefit conditions: all membership benefits are valid only during the membership term and shall automatically expire thereafter. All benefits are subject to availability, valid seven days a week, excluding black out dates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
(IV) Certificates: only one booklet of certificates per member per term. Hotel must be notified of the intended use of certificates at the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week up to the expiration date printed on said certificates. Validity will not be extended beyond the printed expiration date. May not be used in conjunction with any other discount/ promotional offer. Certificates cannot be resold once issued to a member.
(V) Transferable and non-transferable benefits:
A. Transferable: benefits may be used by the member or by a member’s guest. The member/ membership card need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit.
B. Non-transferable: benefits may be used only by the member and upon presentation of their valid membership card. Proof of identification may be required by hotel.
(VI) Black out dates: all room benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: valentine’s day, new year’s eve and day, formula 1, adipec and idex, and woc.
(VII) Modifications (restaurant & benefit changes): participating restaurants may cease to honor benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling customer service. Membership program marketing agent declines any responsibility for any such modifications.
(VIII) Currency exchange: amounts listed in us$ may be calculated in local currency at current exchange rates.
(IX) Lost/stolen membership materials: all lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to customer service. A processing fee of twenty dollars (us $20.00) will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
(X) Cancellations: cancellation of membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been returned unused to a customer service office.
(XI) Limitation of liability: in no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the membership program (hereinafter collectively “protected parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the benefits provided to member herein. In the event of a breach of any the provisions hereof by any protected party, the extent of any liability of any such protected party shall be limited to the amounts paid by member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
